Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our Services. If there is a problem with the delivery of your Services or you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us by email at mmwsales1.com or by telephone at 530.273.14497 immediately so that we can help you resolve the issue, provide a refund, or offer credit that can be used for future Services when appropriate.
When contacting us, please include any details/photographs relating to the the product you have purchased so that we can ensure you are completely satisfied. Except when state law allows otherwise, all refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Canceling or Making Changes to an Order

If you need to make changes to or cancel an existing order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Because we work with outside partners for many of our products we can’t always guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order is placed. “Changes” includes adding/removing items from an order, changing personalization, editing shipping address and changing shipping method.

Mistakes Made with Personalization & Damaged Orders

Please double check your personalization requests for proper grammar and spelling before placing your order. You can review all personalization requests at checkout before you enter payment. We will personalize EXACTLY how you type in the request. All personalization we do is permanent and cannot be redone or removed from a product. Because of this, we cannot issue replacements for typos or mistakes on the customer’s end.
If a personalization mistake is made on our end, we’ll gladly issue a complimentary replacement.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if there is damage or incorrect personalization. Do not contact UPS, Fedex or USPS directly. We’ll gladly assist with any of these issues, but the sooner you contact us the better.
All replacement orders shipped due to damage or being lost will be made with the same personalization as the original order.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns on non-personalized items. Return instructions will vary per product, so please contact us for your specific return instructions. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns must be arranged by email or phone before being sent back. All sales are final after 30 days.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping & handling. Once we have received your return, we will refund you the purchase price of the item(s). If you received free shipping on your order, your refund will be LESS the amount that it cost us to ship the order to you. Returns being made from outside the US must pre-pay all duties/custom fees. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the package and forfeiture of the return.
